Gender Neutral Restrooms
The City Council adopted a Gender Neutral Restroom Ordinance effective January 2016 to address the needs of all people, regardless of the way one presents or identifies their gender identify. To comply, a single user restroom(s) within a commercial facility must have gender neutral signage (defined as a sign that indicates a restroom without reference to a specific gender) installed.
