No dispensary shall be or located within:
• 600 feet of a school, day-care center or youth center
• 250 feet of East Palm Canyon Dr. or a residential zone.

No cultivation, manufacturing, distribution and/or transportation sites shall be located within:
• 600 feet of a school, day-care center, or youth center
• 300 feet of a residential zone
• 250 feet of East Palm Canyon Dr.

*Dispensary = Applications for new licenses for properties south of the I-10 are no longer being accepted. Licenses already approved may be transferred or amended.

C = Conditional Use Permit Required
P = Permitted Use

PPO (Planned Professional Office District)
PLC (Planned Limited Commercial District)
PCC (Planned Community Commercial District)
